Overview
AskLibra combines marketing execution with workflow design. I use it to structure campaign briefs, content production, email sequences, client onboarding, approvals, lead handling, and internal delivery.
The goal is not to automate judgment away, but to reduce repetitive work and create clearer handoffs between strategy, production, review, and follow-up.
What needed to be solved
- Repeated content production tasks
- Inconsistent campaign inputs
- Manual lead and follow-up handling
- Client onboarding steps spread across tools
- Approval bottlenecks
- Difficulty maintaining brand voice at speed
Marketing operations approach
Built reusable prompts, campaign templates, email structures, lead workflows, and operational checklists that connect strategy to execution.
Used AI tools to accelerate drafting and production while keeping positioning, quality review, workflow logic, and final decisions human-directed.
Typical campaign workflow
- 1
Brief & positioning
- 2
Content and offer planning
- 3
AI-assisted production
- 4
Human review & refinement
- 5

- 6
Lead capture & follow-up
My role
I defined the product architecture, legal workflows, relational data model, permission system, user-experience direction, acceptance criteria, testing process, and deployment strategy. AI-assisted development accelerated implementation and iteration, while product decisions, security boundaries, review, testing, and final validation remained under my direction.
What this project demonstrates
A more structured marketing delivery process where content, leads, approvals, and follow-up can move through repeatable workflows instead of disconnected manual tasks.
More work is being documented.
